Hey everyone, hope you are all having a good weekend so far. I thought I would do something a bit different today, in honour of my parents coming to Scotland tonight (yay!). I promise I will finish my superfoods eventually!
Anyway, as a little homecoming/ valentines day gift, I thought I would make my mum and dad some personalised cups. I had bought some plain white cups from ikea (for just over a £1 or so each) before Christmas and had planned to do this as another Christmas gift, however as expected, I didn't have any room left in my case!
Here's a little tutorial for you all; I thought I'd just write the instructions on the pictures to make it easier to understand! I would also like to point out that the cup needs to be hand washed rather than in the dishwasher to ensure the ink doesn't come off!

So there you have it. Simple as that! Super food will be back tomorrow... or the next day!

ReplyDeletehaha you're welcome!
Deletecool! is it a porcelain mug?
ReplyDeleteThanks Irene! Yes it is a porcelain mug... just checked online and it was £1.50 I paid for them each in IKEA. I'm sure you can get them cheaper elsewhere though!
DeleteHeather this is great! I'm going to have and try it out! I have several visitors and to have a mug for each with personalization for such a inexpensive cost...it will make their visits a bit more special for them I think :) Thanks for the idea! Newest follower...love for you to check out my blog!
